Full Design Consultancy
(prices start from £650)
This garden design service guides you all the way through your garden project and every step of your project will be discussed with you in detail along the way.
Consultation
We will meet with you to see your garden and also to talk with you about the sort of things you might like to include in your garden. There is a £75 charge for this consultation (an additional mileage charge may apply) (look out for seasonal offers in on our News page) which will take around 90 minutes. A written proposal detailing the cost of your design project will be issued to you after this meeting.
Survey & Site Assessment
If you would like to proceed with the garden design, then we will undertake a full client brief and carry out a survey of your garden. We will take measurements of the house, the boundaries, any levels and existing features which will then allow us to take into account anything that you would like to keep in the garden when producing your new garden design. We will also carry out observations regarding the soil, surrounding area, access, utilities and any other features which can impact on the design.
Presentation Drawings & Master Plans
The next stage is to produce a Concept Design Solution. These consist of an outline plan and drawings which will show you what your new garden will look like. We will also provide a moodboard and sample materials which gives you a feel for the finished garden. At this time we will meet with you to review these plans prior to proceeding further.
When you are happy with the initial garden design we will produce a detailed garden design plan. This plan will supply specific information on the design which will form the basis of your new garden. This is one of the plans which will be given to contractors when they price for the job.
Construction Drawings
More detailed drawings will be provided of specific elements within the garden. Construction drawings will be provided, exact details of the construction of any elements such as steps, walls, etc. The cost of any construction drawings required will be detailed in our proposal. A measured setting out plan will also be provided to allow the garden to be marked out on the ground.
Tenders, Project Administration & Inspection

Once these drawings are complete we will provide a full written specification for contractors. If these documents are to be given to a number of contractors, this will ensure that all quotes are based on exactly the same requirements and building techniques.
We will arrange for all project administration to be undertaken including meeting prospective contractors on site to talk them through the design, issuing and reviewing quotations and organising the work programme.
Once the contractors start on site we will monitor the project on your behalf. This involves site visits at key stages in the construction process to ensure satisfactory completion of your project.
Garden Outline Package
(Prices start from £350)
This is an ideal package for a new home, level gardens and the smaller garden which gives you the control to steer your project yourself.
A 1hr consultation meeting to review your garden, what you would like to have included in it and to discuss how much of your garden you may want to undertake yourself.
We will take some measurements while we are at your home and provide you with an outline layout plan highlighting the main features to be included in the garden, feature plants and a materials/supplier list.
A plan setting out where the main features should go and instructions on installing the garden features to allow you to do it yourself.
You can also opt for some additional help from us at a later date. We can assist you additional items such as marking out the garden or organising plants when you are ready.
Postal Design
(prices start from £195)
This is similar to our outline service but you will provide us with all the information on your site as requested by us. We will then draw up a plan as above and email your outline layout plan to you.
All that we ask is that you send us a photo of the finished article
Planting design & maintenance schedules
(Prices start from £495)
You may already have you garden laid out the way you want it but need some help on the planting side.
Our planting design service provides you with all the information you need to care for you planted beds. A full planting plan and list will be provided detailing the exact number and location of your plants in the garden.
As well as the planting plan, a full plant inventory detailing the size, maintenance requirements and interest period is also provided.
Once your garden is built we can organise the purchase of your plants and arrange to have them planted for you or, if you would like to do this yourself, we can provide guidance and lay all your plants out ready for you to plant.
Anniversary Borders
(prices start from £65)
For that special gift why not give a Birthday or Anniversary border. You provide details of the size of border depending on the space the gift recipient has in their garden, and give some description of the recipient. A plant border will be designed which will sum them up. The recipient will receive a titled presentation plan of their border with plant maintenance details - all that is needed after that is to purchase the plants and get planting. Dependant on location, we can also organise the plants for you and deliver the plants to the recipient. Planting can also be undertaken by us as an additional service.
Garden Management

If you feel that looking after your new plants by yourself is too much or you don’t feel you have the experience with we can look after your garden for you by carrying out regular maintenance.
Floral Design
From seasonal arrangements, hand tied bouquets, table top arrangements, sympathy flowers to planters. Our floral arrangements are tailored to your requirements whether you are an individual or corporate client.
